Cast Polypropylene Flexible Plastic Packaging Roll Sterilizable CPP Film

The CPP Film, a cast polypropylene film, is also called an unstretched polypropylene film.
CPP is a polypropylene (PP) film produced by a cast extrusion process in the plastics industry. This plastic film is different from BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) and is a non-oriented film. Strictly speaking, the CPP film has only a certain-orientation in the machine direction (MD) direction, mainly due to the nature of the process. Excellent clarity and finish are formed on the film by rapid cooling on a chill roll.

CPP film treated with one side corona is widely used for printing, food packaging, textiles packaging, twist wrapping, floral wrapping, medical and hygiene film, retort packaging, deep freeze application as well as lamination with BOPP, PET, or PE film for surface protection with barrier properties.
It is workable on both flexographic and rotogravure printing, making foodstuff products packaged on high-speed packaging machines.
